A place for everyone
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is committed to creating equitable pathways for our staff, volunteers, and communities, while driving forward change that honors our mission and stands against systemic racism and injustice in all its forms.

Our Culture

At LLS, advocacy is in our blood. We are a vibrant community of researchers, volunteers, philanthropists, advocates, healthcare professionals, and nonprofit leaders.

We work tirelessly to find cures for blood cancers and help every patient access the care they need to survive and thrive. We believe our individual backgrounds, identities, abilities, and experiences are our greatest sources of creativity and innovation in creating a more equitable world without blood cancer.

Our Employee Resource Groups

ERGs are employee-led, self-governed groups comprised of employees who come together based on similar interests or experiences.
