Medical
LLS offers two health plan options. Both plans offer the flexibility of choosing in- or out-of-network providers each time you seek medical care and include prescription drug coverage. Medical plans have four tiers of coverage to match a variety of family situations and costs.
DentalTwo dental plans are offered. The PPO option allows you to choose any dentist and has a maximum annual benefit of $1,500. The cost-effective DHMO provides access to providers within a national network.
403(b) Retirement Plan
To help employees save for the future, we offer a 403(b) salary deferral retirement plan. Employees are eligible to make elective deferrals from date of hire and the plan has automatic enrollment for newly eligible employees. LLS also makes an employer discretionary contribution of eligible salary after completion of one year of service and 1000 hours.
Wellness
Available to all employees, LLS offers a variety of additional benefits and resources to promote wellbeing in all aspects of life. Under the HealthyLLS Wellness program, we provide a wide variety of information and education, including incentive programs that encourage healthy lifestyle, an employee discount program, and an online fitness portal.
Paid Family Leave
Eligible employees can take up to six weeks of leave to care for a family member or welcome a new child into their home.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)The EAP is a work-life balance program for questions, concerns or issues surrounding either personal or work life. The EAP is available to all employees at no cost and is completely confidential.
Vision
There are two coverage options for routine eye care. One option provides coverage for eye glass frames or contacts once every twelve months and the other option provides a benefit once every twenty-four months.
Time Away from Work
LLS believes in providing a generous paid absence program guided by you based on your own needs to rest, relax, recharge, and care for yourself and loved ones. We observe all federal holidays and this schedule is posted at the beginning of each calendar year. Additionally, employees are allotted vacation days each calendar year based on years of service, personal days, and floating holidays each year.
