Responsible for managing and implementing multiple large fundraising campaign(s) or core events(s) in support of LLS’ mission, and to achieve and exceed revenue goals for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) within the region and/or chapter's chartered area.
Responsible for managing and implementing one (1) large or multiple large fundraising campaign(s) or core event(s) to achieve and exceed revenue goals for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) in support of LLS’ mission, within the region and/or chapter's chartered area.
Responsible for managing and implementing one (1) or more small to midsize fundraising campaign or core event(s), and/or multiple independent elements on several campaigns or core events for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) in support of LLS’ mission, within the Chapter's chartered area.
Performs diverse projects and activities for the chapter to support and enhance revenue generation in support of LLS’ mission.
Manage the chapter’s donor development program (major gifts, planned giving and foundation giving). Assist in the development of an integrated strategic plan for donor development in support of LLS’ mission.
The Patient Access Volunteer Development Manager will serve as the leader in his/her designated area for the development of a robust network of grassroots volunteers and organizational partners. By focusing on volunteer capacity and increasing engagement, the position serves as a force multiplier, contributing to the development of a nationwide groundswell of supporters for the LLS mission. The individual in this position will play a key role in facilitating the organization’s renewed commitment to cultivating tailored opportunities for volunteer involvement and leadership.
The Patient Access Volunteer Development Manager will lead the rollout of a new volunteer structure in his/her geographic area, including the development and management of chapter-based Mission committees, state /chapter based volunteer coordinators, First Connection volunteers, ambassadors, and honored patients. The Patient Access Volunteer Development Manager will be principally in charge of identifying individuals to fill the aforementioned roles, and provide substantive support and active management. Developing volunteers will also involve significant collaboration with LLS field, campaign, and donor development staff to ensure integration and efficiency of lead-sharing and opportunity cultivation.
